Thanks for adding this Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne , the pop-ups you are mentioning are actually the Gravity forms, I will handle making those edits right now.
I don't know if Dijah Lautaha, Writer, Graphic Designer Dijah has learned to make website edits yet. 

These are the pop-ups, I think the CoolSculpting one could be changed a bit, but maybe it's okay:
