No, it can only be turned on manually.

Can we create a tag to accompany these leads? FB Messenger. 

It doesn't seem to be possible. Couldn't find any trigger for it.

how did this one get integrated with their FB acct? 

Most probably someone on the client's team connected it manually.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  the usual lead notifications that signal a client when someone completes a form or pop up. We dont have GHL lead reply emails set up for this sub-acct. Or we shouldn't anyway. Except for the task trigger notification alert.
