Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac we think the pop-ups are not connected- the leads are not showing up on high-level. Here are the missing leads:
Can you please look into this, and connect the pop-ups?

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  if the leads are populating then they for sure are not appearing in conversations or opportunities. We just went over it with the client and we input those leads manually for them to be able to track.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - That's weird. I just did two different tests and both of them got added to their GHL successfully. Can't think of anything other than a temporary glitch on the GHL side. I will keep track of their leads for the next couple of days and if I notice this issue again. I will contact GHL support as all looks good on our end.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  first they got Radiance Md's leads not they have Prime MD. There is an issue happening somewhere in the setup.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - Hmm..that's interesting. I just checked again all the settings but couldn't see anything that could have caused this except one thing which is just my guess. We noticed this issue happening only with the popup leads on both of these websites (prime MD and radiance) while the GFs on both of the websites were sending the leads to the correct GHL account. It may be that our team members who set up the zaps for popups used the revenge MD popup zap as a starter template to connect popups on these two websites zapier saved the cache in the backend of the GHL event as everything looked good on the frontend. I didn't know earlier that they use another client zaps to create new connection or maybe they recently started doing it but I found this yesterday on one client zap when Jonnamae confirmed me after setting it up on her end and I noticed it had the steps of some other client it. I instructed her never to use other clients zaps for a different client not because of the above issue but because I noticed it still had other client events in it which were active.

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie - Can you please confirm which one of you created the zaps for the "prime md and radiancemd " client websites and did you use the duplicate option to set up the popup zaps for these clients?

Also Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae - I sent you a message here on BC3 yesterday regarding the zap you set up for a different client where you asked me you have not connected it to the leadsheet because you don't see it created yet. I can't remember the client's name but can you check and confirm that you received it.

I recall last month Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie was set up for us but not sure if she still sets them up for us? Whoever of you or someone else is setting them up. Did you recently start using the duplicate option or you have been doing this same since the beginning?

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae - No problem. It may be that recently zapier made some changes in the cache configuration on their end that using the duplicate option caused this issue. 

Regardless. YES. Please always create a new zap and also is it OK with you if you guys connect them with the client's email and then I go ahead and connect them with the leadsheet and GHL on my end like we used to do earlier?

because there have been several issues lately with the leads and the texting app and I am having to "treasure hunt" trying to pinpoint the issue after the fact and I'm guessing it's related to copying over these set-ups. Thanks everyone!
