I am seeing that the side form for this LP is CAP LOCKED. The comments on the side forms only come out in CAPS. Can you please fix this?

Okay, thank you Isaac. I thought it was not working since the it seems the first letter is still automatically CAPITALIZED when you submit the forms.

Following the completion of client {Prime MD - www.primemdplus.com} and their website (https://go.primemdplus.com/) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Verified that everything was working correctly, closed out task.
