I am seeing this client's site is down - https://primemdplus.com  due to a 522 error connection timeout. 
I believe we are not doing any work on it.. But I still have them on our monitoring tool. 
I like to reach out to clients when this happen to show them that we are on top of things; even when not working on those specific sites. 
Please let me know if you find out anything.
