Emily Chris  This is one of 4 clients we have in the same area of Denver. They are so close to one another there is no way to undo the geographic overlap. Being on max conv has driven up the cost of traffic so significantly that it is unsustainable. They need to do something different with the services they are running or stay on tCPA

Shane  - they are in san diego. The only client we have in that area. Can we continue to push 3k a month on that campaign. Like the idea of trying something to get results. 

Chris I'm confusing this with another account. 

This account consistently has had a CPA of <$125 on CS, which is more expensive than 90% of our other CS campaigns. Should I continue to push the spend that high even though performance is abysmal? 

Yes push we are trying to get them to run other treatments as well.

Shane this client has not had a conversion on Google since Dec 24th. 
Could this be seasonal or do you think conversion tracking is broken? Something else?

Hector  this client has always had terrible performance; I'm not sure why. I have looked through everything forward and backward, but I cannot find any issues with the setup or tracking. CPC is 100% higher than in most other locations. 

Shane Hector  fyi remember their ads were paused briefly due to payment failure since they got a new credit card 

Shane, they were doing fine up until that time. I believe it may be seasonal. I will see how this week looks. 
Emily, the CC issue for them was their Facebook account. I do not have them on my list as having one on Google.
