How did the appeal go? I am still seeing the file an appeal come up. Should I file it from Ivonne's MCC or our main one?

I believe I sent you an email about this. A few things first.
One, I am not sure if we should appeal this from Ivonne's MCC.
Second, there a few questions which I need to know the answer to before I submit the appeal

Information regarding client-agency relationship
Domain ownership

Third, we need some types of files to submit regarding payments. Not sure if they want statements regarding the CC on file Visa •••• 6764??
 
Lastly, if we are doing the appeal from their account directly, do we have the client's  login information? drcharan1@gmail.com?
