ACtually I'm just looping back around to this. According to the task they didn't want to launch CS on Facebook. I have no budget for it. Do they want to launch it now? What is the budget? 

Shane you're correct. All I have for FB ads is for dermal fillers. Not sure why Whitney sent a CS video. And she's out of town for 2 weeks. Let's continue with Dermal Fillers and I will search her emails for an answer to the CS question. Thank you! I appreciate your help. 

I do not wish to be you searching for emails. I have to do with Chris sometimes. 
Vania, perhaps client changed their mind on Dermal fillers on FB and wanted CS instead?
Or maybe it was lost in translation?

Did the client ever provide content/ creative for what they want to run or should I recycle something here?

Also, I looked on the onboarding notes, emails, and client sheet notes and there is only mention of FB ads for dermal fillers so I think the CS video was a mistake.

No. I don't have any content for the services they want to launch and no budget for CS.

Targeting -  Within a 5 mile radius of office. 6 medspa within a half mile to a mile radius

Hector I have no budget for CS, which is the only thing I have content for.

Shane  if I ask Kellie to create something that focuses on that would you be needing static images or videos? What would the dimension requirements be?

I think I can probably re-use images we have, generic copy is fine too for launch it just won't focus specifically on the things they requested. We can revisit post launch for the sake of time. 

Shane  thanks, I appreciate it. Chris is having a meeting with them next Friday about their ads and this is a very important account. He wants them to switch over to us for marketing for their Lasik clinics.

Shane, do you mean that the CS budget on Google has already finished? Because they have $1,500 a month for CS on Google ads. 
As Vania mentioned, please pay close attention to this client and do what you can to make this campaign successful. Chris is thinking of the bigger picture down the road. 

I'm not sure I said that? Maybe I'm crazy?! Either way, CS is running on Google - not Facebook. No issues on Google.
