Can you please describe to them why we started a new FB page. I think they are working with an allergan digital consultant who is feeding them this stuff.

Thanks! My concern is that the targeting and interest is a bit vague. Could we change the specifications? I did some research on my end and found some targeting that most practices find beneficial for targeting CoolSculpting patients on paid social.
- Lookalikes – 1%, 23 – 60, 15-20 mi radius around practice(s), women. Exclude converters and CS patients.
- Interests – women, 23-60, 15 mi radius around practices, crossfit, weight loss (fitness & wellness), health & wellness, healthy diet, fitness and wellness or CoolSculpting. Life event: Newly engaged – 3 months through 1 year. Exclude converters and CS patients.

Retargeting - CoolSculpting page(s) visitors – 180 days, exclude converters
- The mean and median age of CoolSculpting patients is 39 – so we can restrict the age parameters even more
Please remind me, what is the current spend for the FB ad in question? We would like to suspend it until we can attach it to the correct FB page.

Unless we can gain access to their page we cannot run ads to it. There is no workaround.
