- I agree with you BC3 is good in comparison to many other project management tools out there but according to me, it missing some important functions.
For eg.,
We can't search for specific info in to-dos.If you need to look for something that was shared with you by a team member last week and now you need to check it again. You will have to manually check for it by clicking on individual to-dos. I wish there was a search function on the to-do page that can search for the specific keywords in all to-do at once. To-dos - Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics - https://www.rejuvenationma.com/
Automations are missing which can be very useful in our case.
For an eg. I need to be notified every time someone on our team has added a new GF or Optin so I can check them and update the zap accordingly if required. But sometimes team members miss doing that resulting in major errors. This can be automated on monday.com so that every time they have finished adding new GF or Popups and mark the task completed. I will receive the email notification.
Another eg. When the micro-website which are hosted on our Siteground server has been made live. I need to be notified so that I can cross-check it with the checklist. But our team members sometimes miss it resulting in me receiving new lead email notifications as most of them still have my email in the form settings and some other frontend errors as well.
All this can be automated. We wouldn't have to tag members or create a new task for them or set reminders.
There are many other things like Status tags, the priority of the tasks labels, etc missing on BC3.
I am seeing the leads populating twice when you fill out a side form on this page

Good morning Isaac. Those are very good points and arguments you made. Your suggestions also make sense. On the search feature though, I am able to find specific tasks or things related using it. For instance, if wanted to know about a task dealing with or discussing Monday.com, I would find this one at the top of the tasks which show up.
In any event, I am going to fwd them to BC3 support. Who knows, maybe they will implement one or two of them.
For some reason. I still don't receive task notifications from BC3 in my email when you don't put anything in the notes field.
I wish BC was more efficient. Soon we should switch companies.

I recommended this service to Chris as well a couple of months ago.
It has some really good automation and searches functions.
I began working with Chris more than a decade ago on BC1...
BC3 is the bomb! 💥💥💥💥
Okay, having said that.
I am seeing the leads populating twice when you fill out a side form on this page = https://rejuvenationma.mysculpt.net/dermal-fillers/
Same for this one - https://rejuvenationma.mysculpt.net/co2-laser-skin-resurfacing/
Can you please look into it?
Thanks.
