Should the new B&A be quite larger than the others, regardless of them being on their own line? 
I've been googling and have yet to find a way to reliably see keywords on a published image to check the SEO. I googled "Jaw Fillers before and after in Henderson and Reno Nevada " and did not see the new B&As come up in either the general or geo-search for Nevada.  

I'm either doing it wrong, don't realize it takes time for Google to auto-populate new images, or am truly seeing the SEO was not tagged for these. 
Please, advise.

Charmae can we take down the STOCK images, and make all the other before & afters the same size?

Nicol  seo takes time. should be seen in about a few months hopefully
