Hi Shane Quast, Medstar Shane and Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector ! Not sure what the easiest way for us to all communicate is in regards to the issue with this clients Google Ad account being that they don't have access to the email on their ad account for us to update the payment method. 
  • What is the plan? Should I check with her one more time if she can get into that email another way?

  • If she can't then Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector can we set up a screen share with her to help set up a new ad account as soon as we shut down their current one? I would do it on my own but due to these circumstances, I would like backup. 
    • if we do this then will we need to start a smart campaign first before launching their main campaign?

Yes, I will try again to see what happens. I believe that is the best option. Creating a new account, I believe will trigger a circumventing suspension. Just my humble opinion.

I am in contact with Google ads support right now. I am trying to see if they can help us add another payment user to the account. 
Hopefully this time, they will be able to help us out.

Conversation lasted well over an hour... the gist of it, or their final suggestion, is below:

"Thank you for your patience and sharing these details, Hector.
In this scenario, the next best workaround I may suggest to you is that we can help you in getting the Admin access or ownership access for this child account. 

Once you have the access to provide the authorization, then we should be able to assist you in further steps to create a new payments profile.

To gain access in this child account, we have a specific team and to redirect you to them we need to take this case offline. 

I hope that is okay with you.

I told her to call me when she is free. she is pacific time so won't be for a little while.

Yes, I need the login details for the account so I can login into the account when they respond. Google ads team will need a new email to add as ADMIN and it has to be one that they have access to... will always have access to. 

I do not want to add one of our emails lest we go through this again later.

Great news everyone. I have now secured ADMIN access for this client. 
Furthermore, I have also secured that they have a payment user under info@revengemd.com email. 

We are all set and just need to add a new form of payment method to the account.

I added the CC and the account is ready to go pending the client's instruction
