No significant issues were found. But I'd like to confirm these:

  1. I’d like to confirm this. On the client sheet, the number listed for the Reno address is 775-983-5630.

But on the website, it's 775-455-3727
The floating number on mobile doesn’t match the numbers found on the sheet, I just want to verify that this is correct.

2. As far as I know, since this page will have an ad running there should be a popup. But there's no popup appears on this page.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa Can you confirm that the floating number is correct? It's one of the GHL numbers on their account. 

However, the number listed for the Las Vegas location on the site is the real number for Las Vegas. The floating number is the GHL #. The number listed for Reno is the GHL number for that location and not the real number.

May Bacol, Website Auditor May on full websites that are used for organic traffic and ads, we usually will only place the GHL floating # on the pages where ads are running. If you see a different phone number you can generally assume it is the GHL tracking #. That said, it is important to always double-check in GHL to be sure the number matches what you see on the site.

Please always check GHL in addition to cross-referencing the client sheets to verify phone numbers when you notice a different phone number. Compare GHL and the Sheet side by side. The area code reflects the correct location. Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany please check like this also. Michelle, Web Dev Auditor Michelle  looping you in to be sure you are aware of this when auditing as well. 

Since this page is in Reno, the phone number should be switched to the Reno GHL tracking number. I am tasking Isaac below.
