On point #1, change it to "touching or applying physical pressure" rather than using the world "force". On point #3, let's change that to 24 hours rather than 2-3 days. Regarding point #5, let's change it to "avoid saunas and steam rooms" rather than "extreme temperatures.
Also, we should work in "Avoid lying down or bending over for the first 4 hours." and "Avoid sleeping on the treated areas."
let's use the gold for revenge
and the blue for Cocar- but let's get another model for cocar to make it "unique" ?

3. Will you please add a 'Date added' column to that SEO graphics tab? Let's start tracking the dates added there so we can make sure we are not adding too many SEO graphics in a calendar year. However, there may be special cases where we add more (i.e. ketamine clients).
