Isaac hi! So we are going to need to do 2 pipelines in this account in the opportunities tab. One for Reno and one for Vegas. I believe most of the forms have a dropdown to select location. Can we make sure the leads come over tagged with the location too? Thanks!

You can make live. They are trained. I will let you know when we get the 2nd and 3rd attempt text loaded as well. 

Vania - OK. I will configure the settings so all leads also have a location name as tags.

By default, all forms will go to which pipeline?

For this. I just checked and noticed only specific gravity forms on the website have the location dropdown and not all. For eg. Forms on this service page don't have a location dropdown. https://revengemd.beautysculpt.net/ipl-photofacial/

Also for the popups since we don't have separate service pages for each location. It wouldn't be possible to determine the user's preferred location.

Isaac for this item. Can we get a location drop-down added to the form, please? Can we actually get a location drop-down added to all the gravity forms?

The popups can go into the core pipeline.

They want...
-core pipeline with all leads (the mgrs check these leads)
-reno pipeline with reno location selected
-vegas pipeline with vegas location selected

Isaac also I just noticed that we only have these tags created. Are the pop-ups and forms for the other ad campaigns (dermal fillers, IV therapy) not completed/connected yet?

# All leads from the popups on this website will go to only the core pipeline and the client will have to manually move them to other location pipelines.

# All leads from the GFs will go to the core pipeline and also the respective location pipeline depending on the user selection in the location dropdown on the form.

# Tags get automatically created when new leads come.

Isaac  please expand the core campaign to three automated text and the templates are loaded into the sub-acct.

Isaac can all the notifications for the HL acct  (and the lead sheet) to go to support@revengemd.com and Tara@revengemd.com
please remove reno@revengemd.com from the email notifications

Vania - Updated the lead text reply notifications to go to support@revengemd.com and Tara@revengemd.com

Isaac turns out the reno@ email is misnamed. The person who that belongs to isn't a mgr or admin. For the GFs and popups-All reno location leads should go to tara@ and all vegas location leads should go to support@

Can all pop-up leads go to both tara@ and support@?

Vania - I have now updated the emails in both GFs and popups.

Isaac can we turn off the email from GHL that let's them know that someone replied to a text? They have mobile app set up for notifications and they said that's enough for them.

Isaac  we seem to be having some issues with the Reno pipeline. At first they weren't getting the auto texts so I thought it was because maybe they weren't connected to the core campaign. But then today some of these leads got the auto texts and they got them despite being in the stages where it should opt them out of the core campaign. Can you look into this for me?

Isaac here is an example....Is it related to the tags maybe? When they move a lead from the core pipeline to the Reno pipeline does it also need the Reno tag? Can you help us sort this out?
(also the client just tagged it right now if you see it tagged when you check)

Vania - I just made some changes in the trigger and also created a separate opt-out triggers for all 3 pipelines in this sub-account. That should fix this issue. 
No, it doesn't need to have the tag attached to it to work.

Isaac  Hi! I added an email template. Can we have it added to the core campaign to go out immediately after form-fill? Thanks!
