Okay so whitney.zelig@gmail.com this client's desire to be first for Botox is really not feasible. That is one keyword that is near to impossible to rank for. Fillers is also very competitive. 
We could try to boost them but getting to them to 1st page? 

Here are a few things about Botox and Filler Keywords

One - Checking in Reno Nevada for websites or content that contains the word BOTOX brings in About 68,800,000 results. That is with Quotations. 
Without them, the results are  About 213,000,000 .

For Fillers - 
About 74,300,000 results for content with that word.
About 423,000,000  without. 

You can see that we would need about 200 links to the page at least to try and move them up to the first page, if that. 

As of now I am seeing them on the 4th page for Fillers near me keyword... 
And 4th page for Botox near me... 

Having said all of this, we can try to buy links, I will work on getting others myself.

Yes, For Vegas is a bit more of a challenge, greater competition. Not only in numbers, but the websites that rank higher in Vegas, tend to have very high ranking authority.

The numbers -
Botox near me = About 187,000,000

Fillers near me -  About 570,000,000
BUT LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!!
When I search for actual articles with the phrase "Fillers near me" I am only getting back  About 25,900 which is a bit unusual. Not sure if this is an error by Google or what.
I am going to personally write them an article for SEO purposes using that keyword and some other LSI...
Same for "Botox near me" About 35,100 results
this is great news if it's true... we may be able to deliver after all..

I already purchased extra citations for them for the Henderson Location.. I will work on purchasing the backlinks and get some on my own.
