Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector can you let Shane know to pause the IPL google ads, starting Monday, May 2nd (or as soon as we are able to) until August 30th. 

Also, to add $500 to the dermal filler ad budget for each location, both Reno and Vegas?

We are aware that currently, their ads are off due to the credit card account needing to be closed. I'm going to work with them this weekend to get a new payment added to the acct. I will let you know when we get that done.

BTW, I noticed that they had a problem with automatic payments going through yesterday. I see they got turned off now. Normally, I can take care of this and make direct payments and avoid the ads from being off. (I do this for many clients each week). However, Chris does not have sufficient permission to make a direct payment. Please advise them to provide us ADMIN access. This way, I can avoid this from happening in the future.

Let's go ahead and make the ad budget changes.

Good morning. 
When I went into the account, it was still showing a balance of $523.00 so I made a direct payment. However, Google ads had also made a charge and maybe the client made one. Now, they have a CREDIT of $697.96
The money will be spent in the next few days so they don't have to worry.

Google ads are off for this client due to transactions being declined on their  Visa •••• 7895 
I made a direct $500.77 payment and it went through. However, Google is not happy about the CC. We need to add a new form of payment method... or the one there VERIFIED.... 
If I had permission to their Google ads payment methods, I could fix it.. But I do not so... 
Ads are off until we fix it.

Vania J, Medstar Vania , it seems that the CC declined the payment after it went through and did a chargeback. This client needs to add Chris MCC as a payment user so we can be able to fix issues such as these. 

As of now, the account is paused until the CC is verified.. or another CC is added.
