Can we add both locations to the page and the contact forms? Las Vegas and Reno, NV

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can we add a dropdown on the form, like some of the other pages have, to select a location and have that info carry over as a tag into GHL?

Under the second circle, change to say
