✔ Facebook UTM not showing in Leads

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane is there a reason I am not seeing any leads from Facebook on this client's leadsheet? The source URL, UTM, does  not seem to be working. I filled out a lead on FB and it shows up as https://www.sculpd.co/enhance/emsculpt-neo/

UTM is on the ads.. but it is not populating on the leadsheet....None of the leads show any Facebook UTM... none... something is wrong.. 

 If you cannot fix this or if it is not on you, then please let me know and I will assign to Isaac to look into it.

can you please see if you can figure out why the Facebook UTM is not showing up on the leadsheet?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I just checked and all looks good in the form and webhook settings. I can see in the leadsheet it's grabbing the source URL correctly for the leads coming from Google ads.

I will dig more into it and then will let you know.

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane - Is there a way I can access the FB ads in my browser for testing? Like a direct URL to the ads which I can click to get redirected to the client website?

Not really. You can just add the parameters to the LP URL and see if they capture that way.

Isaac, Shane, thanks for working on this. I am seeing a lot of other weird stuff going on with Facebook lately. For instance, now if I do not refresh my https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/ page, I get kicked out of Chris FB account. 
On the other hand, we are not having this issue with other clients, so who knows. 
No choice but to keep digging.
