First time she submitted Emtone popup and then after 1 min she submitted Emsculpt neo popup.
The client can check the difference by checking the source URLs in both the notification emails. I have now also included service of interest in the notification email so client can easily check what service the lead is interested.

Also, client is saying that the lead below didn't go into GHL, they just received an email notification.
