We need to create the same layout with a form and a popup on these two pages. Please use the before and after photos, how it works, etc. Make sure to remove any EXIF data and if possible GEO tag the images at that location. Please update this page:

Following up with you that this was done?
Client sent me 2 emails with some complaints.
While they are not necessarily about this, I am going to post them here so that Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris can comment.

Client wrote -

The employee’s photos and titles were supposed to be updated. I only see it was done at Sculpt DTLA website not in SL. - Chris, what are the photos and names to be used for Silverlake?

Silverlake website looks really odd the font letters looks big and small and I do not see the window that opens offering the 20% off and asking patients to write their information. - Do we have to create a pop up for them?

I was told we would do before and after in each link because it is an effective way to generate leads.
The window that opens when patients go to our website will push people to website with easy way form field (automatically fill out information).

In the past we talked about combining  both websites together and that was the reason we did not want to spend too much time on fixing Sculpt Silverlake website but I am wondering when will this be done?

Chris, I have no idea since she was adding more things as each email went by. It is why I said that I would let you and Whitney respond to her since you knew about the specifics better than most of us. 
BTW, I checked the email chain I was part of and there is no mention of before and after.
