Chris and I just got off the phone with the client and she went in and paused the campaigns. In the meeting, Chris ended up turning back on CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, botox, and lip filler. He turned off the ad group for liposuction.

Hey guys. I just checked the last 7 days of this campaign and it's showing as all ads paused.. I was on with Chris when he turned them back on so I'm not sure what's going on. I can bring this up in the meeting tomorrow, but I wanted to give you a heads up if you're able to look into this! Thanks.

From Chris: Shane's script all turned budgets to 1.00. Please turn them back on. We had meeting with the client and they will probably not adjust the ad account anymore. Thank you!

Ella, I thought Shane and Chris fixed this last week when I reported it?
Shane, can you please let us know what is going on?

Hector  I was on the phone with Chris last week when he turned them back on! We are both confused how they got paused again. 

I set the script to make all budgets $1 / day no matter what changes are made. Unfortunately this is not as simple as turning the ads back on. The client made more than 3,500 changes in the last 30 days (no kidding)

It's likely that I will have to completely rebuild all of the campaigns before they can go live again.

Shane this client had several campaigns that were getting ZERO traffic. 
I thought that you had fixed all of the issues on the campaigns?

I believe she now wants to pause her ads until further notice. 

Hector Shane Chris Chris emailed me last night that the client wants to pause all ads. I plan to meet with Chris later this week and get more details.

Hector Ella Everything on my end is working as expected. The client paused their campaigns and/or lowered their budgets to $1 on Feb 11 (screenshot). Despite our request for this client to stop making changes to their campaigns, they have made 54 changes this month

Good grief! 
That lady is an issue. Always. 
She touches things, breaks them, then she complains to us that they are broken. 
I let Chris know about this Shane.. so thank you.
