She tested it and had a failed attempt.
# The most recent order got failed due to the wrong 3D credentials input by the customer.
The second one got failed by the Stripe algorithm to avoid frauds. It fails the payment on the below conditions. In this customer's case. It was the first condition.
I just did a test order and it went successfully.
