Is it where the Blue arrow is pointing to or where it says Sculpt DTLA? I need to be certain. 
In addition, you did not confirm the address for me. You know I am a stickler for accuracy.

Okay, thanks for confirming. I have updated the map location on their GMB now. However, please send me a closer screenshot so I can make the final edit and it can be marked as accurate as possible. 
I mean zoom in on the location if you can.

I have tried dozens of times to change the directions to this GMB location on the maps. I used several different accounts, to no avail. I am still seeing the cursor on their old location. 
Our last option is to try to get into the GMB original account. But the client never responded to my request to get into the account.

I know we set it up. But we cannot - I cannot - login into the account without the security from Google firing off.
Maybe they had someone try to login into the account before and it triggered this.
You can try to see if you get
