Good morning.
That's because we do not have GMB access to this client.
This client is an old one and the GMB process I do now was not in place back then. I have sent them a backdoor request now  and I will try a takeover to get access.
I will let you know once they respond.

Okay so I totally missed following up on this task.
I am seeing that the hours are updated on the GMB location for Olive St.
Alyssa we do have access to their Olive Street location.
Sculpt DTLA
705 South Olive Street ALos Angeles, California 9001

However, we did not have access to their other GMB. It took some tweak to find it on Google. I have now sent them a backdoor request to gain access.
The hours are not visible on the site though so that may be something for Isaac to do.

Okay so I was able to gain ownership of this client's Silverlake location. I sent client an email to see if they can let us know about their specific hours of operations. Waiting for their response.
