I am working on obtaining access to this client's Google ads account. 
However, I need for you to please add this text file to the client's website so Google can see we own the site. 
Can you please do so?
Let me know once you are done.

  1. Create a .txt file and save it as: Google-Ads.txt
  2. Include the following string of text in this text file: “GooGhywoiu9839t543j0s7543uw1. Please add support@medstarmedia.com to Google Ads account: 140-425-1409 with Admin access - Date 03/04/2021.”
  3. Upload this text file to the root of each of the domains from which you're requesting access. You’ll append "Google-Ads.txt" to the end of your URL. For example, if your site URL is http://www.example.com, the uploaded file will look like this: http://www.example.com/Google-Ads.txt

I am seeing that the site is being hosted by Godaddy.

I just checked again to make sure but couldn't find any place in there to access source files.

I am going to contact them now to find out what is going on.

I finally found out what is going on. 
Their old marketing company changed Seamist hosting from Godaddy servers to theirs. However, they do not want to give us access to their servers. So instead, they are going to migrate seamistmedspa.com back to the Godaddy hosting. We will take it from there. 
Will let you know once that is done.

I thought they asked us to include the entire string of text???
I am only seeing the number.... Is that correct?

Isaac, they went ahead and provided me access to the account via the 
Info@seamistmedspa.com email so we didn't really need this. In any event, thank you.. 
We are good to go.
