2. How is this form? Do you suggest we replace it with our gravity forms?

#2 They are using the default elementor widget form which is fine. We can connect it with the ZAPIER and pass meta fields as well. I don't see any need to switch it to GF.
1. can you update gravity form to say
"Schedule a Coolsculpting Consultation + Up to 50% off"
2. Add " by submitting this form you agree to be contacted via phone/text/ email "
note: we might need to do that to every form on the website- I can ask Kristabel, or is there a faster way to do this ?
3. at bottom of page please add:
