The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and professional. She encouraged scheduling a consultation and explained the virtual and in-person consultations offered as well as the cost of each. She also mentioned a promotion currently going on “the end of the year special” for booking a breast augmentation with Dr. Tolomeo. This is great! However, she could have built a little more excitement around the spa, staff, and treatment. As well as request the caller's contact information at the beginning of the call. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
