We inputted a lead, commenced text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting.

We never received any phone calls. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. If leads are not called & followed up, potential patients will look into another spa.

The salesperson that answered our call was the esthetician. She was great!

You reached out via text to reschedule the “missed appointment”. Which was great. We also recommend contacting leads by phone when they miss a scheduled consultation.
