We inputted a lead, commenced with text engagement and called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting. 

We received 4 phone calls and 3 text messages from you. This is great!! When we initiated text engagement it took a few days until we received a response. 

The salesperson that answered our recorded call was friendly and knowledgeable. However, she did not ask for our contact information. She also did not mention any promotions that were going on or financing options. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
