We input a lead & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting.
  
Here is the recorded call: 
 
We received 1 phone call from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call at least 3x in the first week is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. 

We also did not receive any texts from you. Sending texts is vital in securing qualified leads. By not following up, the lead will likely look elsewhere for the service. 
 
We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week and to set up automatic text messages. 
 
The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way. We recommend quoting the cost of the lowest-priced applicator and then mentioning that an accurate price can be given during their complimentary consultation.

 We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business.
