We input a lead, commenced with text engagement, & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt Neo.  

Here is the recorded call: 
 
We received 3 texts and a welcome email from you. However, we did not receive any calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to convert a lead into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call. 
 
We attempted to place a recorded call on 6/14 but were unable to reach anyone. We left a voicemail however we never received a returned call. On 6/16 we were able to reach someone at the spa. However, she was unable to answer any of our questions and said that we would have to come in for a free consultation to find out any additional information on the treatment. 

It is vital that anyone that answers the phone in your office knows all about the treatments you offer and is able to answer any questions a lead has. If they have to rely on a third party and wait for their questions to be answered, such as in this situation it will definitely cause the caller to look elsewhere for the service. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week as well as properly answer any questions when a lead calls the spa inquiring about a treatment.
