We inputted a lead, commenced with text engagement and called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting. 

We did not receive a welcome email from you. Statistics show that sending out welcome emails, as well as follow-up emails, provides greater ROI results when it comes to leads. E-mails also aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client.

We would love to set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults.

Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth  just letting you know I never did send this shop out because we were having trouble getting their ads back on and the timing wasn't right. We're still working on getting ads back on for them for awhile before we can secret shop again. Can we table this one for another 30-60 days and then redo it? Sorry! Let's touch base in another 30 days. I'm marking it done for now though but we'll pick this one back up in the same task.
