We inputted a lead, commenced text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about Dermal Fillers. 

We did not receive any phone calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly but did not go in detail about treatment when asked. She was unable to answer all of the caller's questions regarding the treatment. We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer a lead’s questions. This will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

We know it takes a long time to train the Front Desk. However, it is vital to convert leads into sales. America is the land of instant gratification. If leads are not called & phone calls are not replied to correctly, potential patients will look into another spa.

The person who answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. Although she did not ask for contact information and she could have built a little more excitement around the spa and the treatment.
