We do recommend when being asked about pricing whether it be via text or on a direct phone call to quote the lowest priced applicator and then mention that an accurate price will be given during the complimentary consultation.

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She built excitement around the treatment, a connection with the caller, and shared her own personal experience with the treatment. This is excellent!

We received 1 call, 3 texts, and a welcome email from you after we input the lead. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week by phone.

As for the recorded call we attempted to reach someone 2x on 7/7/23 but were unable too. We left voicemails however we did not receive any return calls. We called twice again on 7/10/23 and on the second attempt Monique answered our call. By not answering or returning calls the lead is encouraged to look elsewhere for the service. Having someone available to answer all incoming calls and return missed calls is critical to ensure that a lead doesn’t look elsewhere. It shows the potential lead that you value them as a customer. 

The salesperson that answered our call on 7/10/20 was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This is great!
 
We highly recommend setting up a front desk training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call.
