Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults.

She has never been trained on the updated protocol or the new GHL steps. I'd phrase the email in that way. "We'd love to show you the new lead protocol and how it translates to GHL and how awesome it is blah blah blah etc. Go ahead and invite me so I can stop by and make the introduction since she really only ever communicates with me from our team.
