The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He built a connection with the caller however we recommend when quoting the cost of the treatment to quote the lowest priced applicator and then mentioning that an accurate price will be given when they come in to be assessed during their complimentary consultation. We also recommend requesting the callers contact information at the beginning of the call for follow up purposes.
