You've been secret shopped! Here is the full report. 

We inputted a lead, & called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting. 

We did not receive any phone calls from you. We would love to help set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3 times within the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults. 

The person that answered the phone was the esthetician. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and built a connection with the caller. However, she didn’t ask the name of the caller or get her information. She led the call and explained pricing in a recommended way. Great job! 

When the scheduled consultation was missed you followed up the same day, leaving a voicemail to reschedule. This is great!
