We inputted a lead, commenced text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting. 

We did not receive any phone calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. There was also no response when we replied to one of your text messages. This helps to create a personal camaraderie between the spa and the potential client, and an additional channel of communication.

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. However she did not ask for the caller's contact information. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

We received 3 text messages from you, this is great! However when we responded to your texts there was no reply back to us. Text engagement with a lead is a great way to build a connection and help convert the lead into a potential client.

Hi Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth , I remember that the text message interaction got messed up. The client was not seeing your text messages come thru. Can we just delete the text message interaction from the notes and the "Lead Engagement via Text" column? Thanks!
