I submitted a lead and only received 1 phone call from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. 

The person who answered our recorded call, transferred the call to another salesperson who was friendly and knowledgeable. She could have built a little more excitement around the spa and the treatment. She did answer pricing in a recommended way and offered to email a $200 coupon to the caller. This is great!

Elizabeth  Thank so much! quick request...make sure you give it at least 4 days before responding so I can make sure all 3 texts go through. This one says only 2 texts but thats because when you replied to the 2nd auto-text the system cancels sending the third one. They do have 3 set up though.
Also, keep in mind that in many accts the text only go out mon-fri/sat 8am-8pm so ffor example...if you do a shop on friday the second text wouldnt go out until monday (technically 3 days later) then the third on tues. That's why i mentioned it make take 4 days to see if all three texts are coming through correctly.
