We inputted a lead and called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting.

We submitted a lead and did not receive any text messages from you. Contacting a lead via text is a great way to build a connection and help ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults as well as automatic texts. 

The salesperson that answered our call was a technician. She was friendly and knowledgeable. However she could have built a little more excitement around the spa and the staff as well as request the callers contact information.

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training, so we can review strategic ways to answer a lead’s questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

hmm.. no I typically enter the lead and then immediately fill out the secret shop report. If we got phone calls, that must be the number I used? Should I re-do? Different name/number??

Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth the reason you are not getting a text is probably because you have used the same name and/or number, email, etc. on the business previously.
If you did a secret shop for ketaminetherapyla.com ( same company) that could be the reason you aren't getting an auto text.

Yes we need this redone with different info that hasn't been used previously

We inputted a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting. 

You contacted us 3x by phone and 3x by text after we input the lead. This is great! Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client.

When placing the recorded call, it was difficult to speak to someone on the phone. On our 5th call we were able to be connected with Eileen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way.  
We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
