We inputted a lead, commenced text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting. 

We didn’t receive any phone calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We also only received one text. We would love to help you set up automatic text messages. 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly but not engaging. She seemed like she did not want to be on the phone. There was no excitement built around scheduling a consultation. We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer leads’ questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
