You've been secret shopped! Attached is the full report.

We input a lead and called the front desk inquiring about Hydrafacial. 

We only received one phone call and one text message from you. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week as well as automatic texts. There was also no response when he commenced with text engagement. Communicating to a lead via text is a recommended way to build a connection and ultimately convert the lead to a client.

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. She built excitement around the spa and treatment, and she answered pricing in a recommended way. Great job! She did forget to ask for our contact information which we highly recommend doing in the beginning of the call. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. This will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
