Do you want Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth to drop the reports without the text engagement or should we redo the text engagement part. And if you want us to redo text engagement part, do you want her to wait the 5 days after placing the new lead?

We inputted a lead, initiated text engagement and called the front desk inquiring about Hydrafacial. 

We received 3 phone calls and 2 text messages from you. Great job! Building a connection with a lead through text engagement is one of the best ways to assist in converting that lead into a potential client. 

The salesperson that answered our recorded call was friendly and professional however she was not knowledgeable about the treatment. She had to put us on hold after every question we asked so she could retrieve the answer. It was clear that she was not comfortable providing information on the hydrafacial. She also did not ask for our contact information. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training, so we can review strategic ways to answer a lead’s questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

We received 3 phone calls, 6 text messages and a welcome email. Great job! 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. She mentioned promotions that were going on at the moment and quoted the lowest price. This is great. There could have been a little more excitement built around the treatment, staff, and spa. She did request our name however we suggest getting the caller's full contact information (name and number).
