We inputted a lead & called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting.

We only received 1 text from you. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x within the first week and automatic texts! 
 
The salesperson that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. However, she did not build any excitement around the treatment or the spa. We suggest creating excitement around the procedure & leading the call with a personable approach to the procedure. This helps to establish a sense that the clinic is a warm & welcoming place and that the treatment will be a positive experience.

whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com  there is an issue with the setup. I wouldn't send. I am letting Issac know to fix. Basically, when the core campaign split into two with a separate coolsculpting one (that was created to mention the $50 incentive for no shows) the existing 2nd and 3rd texts didn't get added to the new campaign. But I already reviewed the majority of all these at the front desk followup training they just had with me just a few weeks ago so they've been updated with the gaps in the rest of the process.
