The person on the phone was friendly and built a connection. She asked for the caller's name and information. Great job!! The salesperson was knowledgeable and when asked about pricing, she did answer in a recommended way. However, she did not mention any of the promotions that were going on until the caller asked about promotions. There were moments of silence, until the caller asked another question. We recommend that you review the Front Desk Training Script so we can help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
We know it takes a long time to train the Front Desk. However, it is vital to convert leads into sales. America is the land of instant gratification. If leads are not contacted & phone calls are not replied to correctly, potential patients will look into another spa.
