We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt Neo. 

Here is the recorded call: 

You contacted us 1x by phone and 1x by text after we input a lead. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to convert a lead into a potential client. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with direct calls and automated texts.

The initial person who answered the phone immediately transferred the call when we inquired about Emsculpt Neo. It is vital that anyone that answers the phone in your office knows all about the treatments you offer. If they have to rely on a third party, it requires them to put the caller on hold. This is not only not the ideal experience, but could definitely cause the caller to look elsewhere for the service. 

The salesperson that our call was transferred too was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. However, when asked about pricing she did not answer in a recommended way. We recommend quoting the cost of the lowest-priced applicator and then mentioning that an accurate price will be given when they are assessed during their complimentary consultation.

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
