You've been secret shopped! Attached is the full report.

We inputted a lead, initiated text engagement and called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting- elite. 

We did not receive any phone calls from you and only 2 texts. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults. 

The salesperson that answered our call was unable to answer most of our questions. She was friendly but lacked knowledge about the treatment. She did ask for our name in the beginning of the call which is great, however we  also recommend getting the callers contact information. When asked about pricing, she also did not answer in a recommended way. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training, so we can review strategic ways to answer a lead’s questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  oh yes that is right! Sorry I forgot! Basically to sum it up here, they deleted Medstar off the caller id (changed it on their end). But, they are not sure whether the person whom we will be calling, their phone carrier, will also change it or even look up for the caller ID name DB. Thank you!
