We inputted a lead & called the front desk inquiring about Ketamine Therapy. 

I submitted a lead and did not receive any phone calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. There was also no response when we replied to your text messages. Engaging in text interaction is the best way to build a connection with a lead. 

The salesperson who answered my call was friendly, but was not knowledgeable. She could not answer any of my questions regarding Ketamine Therapy. She stated she would take my contact info and pass it along to the doctor who would be able to answer my questions.
