We inputted a lead  & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting. 

We didn’t receive any phone calls or texts from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to help you set up automatic text messages and a process to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. However, she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way. We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth  they don't use the texting app yet. We have been scheduling and rescheduling our appt to train on the texting app since the end of October. Maybe this shop will strongly nudge them to reschedule and show.
